1. OVERVIEW

This website is operated by Dispatch Bike Supply Ltd. By using our site or buying from us, you agree to these Terms. We use Shopify to host our store.

2. BINDING CONTRACT & AGE

By placing an order, you confirm you are at least 18 years old (or have parental consent). A contract is only formed when we dispatch your goods. We reserve the right to refuse any order.

3. PRODUCTS & PRICING

  • Accuracy: We try to show product colours and details accurately, but screens vary. We sell off-road parts; please ensure compatibility with your bike before fitting.

  • Changes: Prices and descriptions can change without notice.

  • Errors: If we make a pricing error, we are not obliged to provide the product at that price and will cancel the order.

4. DELIVERY & RISK

  • Estimates: Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees.

  • Risk: Once the items are delivered to your address, they become your responsibility.

5. CANCELLATIONS & RETURNS (UK CONSUMER RIGHTS)

In accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations:

  • Right to Cancel: You have 14 days from receiving your goods to change your mind and request a refund.

  • Return Period: You must then return the goods within 14 days of notifying us.

  • Condition: Items must be returned unused, in original packaging, and in a resalable condition. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.

  • Faulty Goods: Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, if a part is faulty, you have a right to a repair, replacement, or refund.

6. PROHIBITED USES

You must not use our products for any illegal purpose, nor may you use the website to distribute viruses or scrape data. We reserve the right to terminate your service for any breach.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence. However, Dispatch Bike Supply Ltd is not liable for:

  • Losses not caused by our breach.

  • Business losses (e.g. loss of profit) as our products are sold for personal/private use.

  • Damage caused by incorrect installation of parts by the customer.

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and UK GDPR.

9. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales (or Scotland/Northern Ireland if you reside there). Any disputes will be handled in the UK courts.
